New York Tech Writer

Terms

Fixed rate, lump sum or hourly contracts are available.  Work begins as soon as we receive a deposit and the files to start the project.  As each segment is completed, it is returned for review.  After approval of the final segment, we return all original source materials along with a final invoice.

Privacy

NY Tech Writer protects personal privacy.  No personal, professional or intellectual property will ever be made available to an outside party.  All materials used during a project are returned to the client upon completion of the project.

NY Tech Writer will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third party any form of customer identifiable information without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the customer or others). This includes information derived from registration, subscription, and use of the NY Tech Writer services.

Communications

NY Tech Writer will not read, listen to or disclose to any third parties private e-mail, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using NY Tech Writer services except as required to ensure proper operation of services or as otherwise authorized by law.

Account Information

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with NY Tech Writer is current and accurate.

Spam Policy

NY Tech Writer has zero tolerance for spam. Spam complaints will be dealt with seriously
