MS Visio is the standard for business and technical diagramming.

from SumTotal Systems (formerly Click2Learn), produces online training courses for
employee orientation, in-house education and
training. Toolbook
creates self paced, e-learning solutions with interactive content
and student tracking, achievement and assessment capabilities.
